　　泰国街头。年青而满面杀气的九纹龙(郑伊健饰演)跟各方人厮杀，刀刃直贯进九纹龙的右腿，鲜血涓涓流出。负伤的九纹龙打电话向社团的人求救，却反被出卖，通知警方到场将他逮捕。
　　跳回现实的香港。眼前一间已经打烊了的餐厅，招牌为--「

」。康哥在又惊又喜间和九纹龙重逢拥抱。九纹龙披上应侍制服，九纹龙正式当上「

」餐厅的应侍。然而，九纹龙回归的消息瞬间传遍，江湖暗地泛起暗涌。
　　但最令九纹龙意想不到的是眼前会来一个小孩，开口叫唤爸爸。这个只得六岁大的小孩叫张兆龙。Helen(莫文蔚饰演)是九纹龙的前度女友，当年九纹龙远赴泰国执行杀人任务，九纹龙为保Helen安全，恨下心肠不辞而别，从此二人音讯中断，而兆龙正是他们的儿子。
　　面对着兆龙这个小东西，康哥和九纹龙两个大男人都不知如何入手。九纹龙千方百计向兆龙套取Helen的消息，但无从入手。兆龙的出现引领九纹龙进入了一个新鲜世界，而且也认识了兆龙的班主任亚蒙(李彩桦饰演)，亚蒙这个初出茅芦的少女心逐渐被九纹龙的成熟味道所吸引。
　　外地回来的Helen得悉九纹龙回来，满心欢喜找九纹龙重聚，可惜现实眼前的九纹龙只是一只沦落了的狗熊。九纹龙吃惊地知道，当年意态温柔的Helen，如今已是江湖响当当的马交虹。对于九纹龙甘于反朴归真的态度，Helen心有不甘，希望九纹龙东山复出，重现当日腥风血雨的日子，她为的是寻回一段激情澎湃的情……。
