【剧情介绍】
　　奇异的绿色光让梦想着成为军事科研领域佼佼者的布鲁斯·班纳(爱德华·诺顿饰)沦为肢体健硕、力量无穷、人见人怕的绿色怪物。但他的“超能力”却成为军方竭力想要得到的强大武力的来源。因此，成群的政府军在贪婪的将军根·罗斯(威廉·赫特饰)的指挥下，全力围捕可怜的班纳。害得他不得不远离人群、告别爱侣(丽芙·泰勒饰)亡命天涯的同时，还想尽一切办法找到能还自己平常之身的解药……
　　与此同时，一个阴险疯狂的家伙——埃米尔·布朗斯基(蒂姆·罗斯饰)也加入到“猎杀绿巨人”的行动当中。此人还将一种来自二战时期的神秘血清丧心病狂地注射到自己体内以达到强大自己与绿巨人平起平坐的目的。然而，埃米尔期待自己能成为第二个“绿巨人”的妄想却因药剂过量，而使自己摇身变成了一个不折不扣的“丑陋怪物”。埃米尔本就趋邪的念头到了怪物的头颅里则变得更加邪恶可怕。并且，埃米尔怪物的强大力量连罗斯将军手下的强悍军队也无法控制和打败。于是，又到了世界和平、人类生命面临万分危机的关头，善良勇敢的“绿巨人”再一次铤身而出……
