戈雅城，这个风景如画的世外桃源里，身材矮小、心地纯洁的戈雅人过着平静而幸福的生活，直到有一天，镇城之宝达拉米宝石不翼而飞。阿布和辛诺，这两位戈雅人的民族英雄，担起了找回宝石的重任，阿兰、戈雅城酋长的女儿，也毅然离开戈雅城，加入了寻找宝石的队伍。这个勇敢的美少女来到人类世界不久，发现了一个惊人的事实——戈雅城只存在于人类的电视屏幕上，戈雅人也只不过是动画片《戈雅人历险记》里的人物。这部电视动画剧集已经播出了233集，而目前由于主创的灵感枯竭，正面临停播危机。
　　但是，三个戈雅勇士却顾不上这些，他们的首要任务是查明，究竟是谁闯入戈雅城，神出鬼没地偷走了达拉米宝石？他又是出于何种用心？旅途比预想的要艰难得多：对平均身高只有30厘米的戈雅人来说，巨人国般的人类世界危机四伏，下水道里的老鼠、动物园里的鳄鱼甚至淘气的小孩都足以让他们胆战心惊。而戈雅城的三个捣蛋鬼老嘎、大啷和阿菜也偷偷来到了人类世界，他们想找到宝石并据为己有。就在戈雅城的正邪两派狭路相逢、互不相让之时，整个事件的幕后黑手终于现身，他就是疯狂的冰粒教授。面对这个贪婪的人类，六个被流放的戈雅人终于站在了同一条战线上……
