传说中，初生的婴儿都具有阴阳眼。

　　相爱的裴儿和阿平正等待着第一个宝贝的诞生，看似平静的郊区生活，却被阿平引火自焚的阿姨给破坏了，突然出现的阿姨尖叫灾祸即将降临，被眼前景象所惊吓到的裴儿，早产生下第一胎。

　　虽然早产却是个健康的小男婴，但令人不解的是，小男婴总是没有理由的哭喊着。经过医生的诊断，认为小男婴患了新生儿常见之疾病——肠绞痛（Colic）。

　　几个月过去了，小男婴并没有好转，同时，一但他大哭，便会发生没法抑止的恐怖事件，连续惨死的亲人压迫着裴儿和阿平，无力制止儿子大哭的他们，只能眼睁睁听着哭声将他们摧毁、殆尽……

　　本片为导演Patchanon Thammajira第一部作品，虽是新手，但创意十足的利用婴儿常用的腹绞痛做为元素来铺陈剧情，并且将一些家中随处可见的日常用品加入电影里，让它成为伤人致命的凶器，为影片更添恐怖感。
