　　贝莉(奎因·拉蒂法饰)是一个典型的快嘴黑婆，和男友杰塞(亨利·西蒙斯饰)的关系非常融洽。她以前一直替人送外卖，后来厌倦了这份工作，想到自己的超强车技，干起了的士这一行。这一下贝莉真是如鱼得水，没过多久就因在街头驾车时速超过135英里而闻名纽约。
　　警察沃什伯恩(吉米·法伦饰)是个笨手笨脚的倒霉蛋，自从把一件毒品案搞砸了以后，很不遭上司的玛塔(珍妮佛·艾斯波西多饰)的待见，总想突建奇功挽回颜面。恰巧此时一伙美女劫匪(吉塞勒·邦辰等饰)屡屡大抢银行，仗着自己的快车和神乎其神的驾驶技巧，让纽约警察们吃尽了苦头。
